Shipping & Returns

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 7 business days of your payment being finalized. 

You must provide a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Most packages arrive in 1-3 business days; however, there are areas that take up to 5 days to arrive from South Mississippi. We can not control what happens after the carrier picks up the package. You will be sent a tracking number upon the printing of your shipping label.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: 

We have a flat rate shipping price of $9.99 for all orders and in most cases we ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-day Express. Restrictions on the $9.99 shipping are Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and packages over 65"x26". The rate for these will be discussed and quoted in advance. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. Please review your order. Once your order is paid, it goes into production. All of our items are cut to order and built specifically for you. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for any reason, including typo errors on your part when ordering. Check your measurements carefully - we cannot replace items due to errors in measuring. 

NOTE ON MEASURING: We cannot accept pictures to help you measure. We create items to the 1/16th of an inch and camera angles distort this quite a bit. We are happy to help you in the proper way to measure and what area you should measure. Reach out to us by clicking here for any help you may need.

If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged item and the box it was delivered in. We will handle each request individually; however, items damaged in shipping will be replaced asap at no cost to you. We will handle the FedEx claim on our end as long as we are notified timely and have pictures.

If an error was made on our part, please email us within 48 hours of delivery along with a picture of the mistake. We will correct any mistakes made on our part asap with no cost to you.

Mistakes made on our part will be replaced at no cost to you for the piece(s) and shipping. Even in the event that we make a mistake, we are unable to offer refunds, only corrections. If the mistake was made on your part, the cost of the piece(s) and shipping will be your responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS:

We are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. In order to maintain our fast turnaround time, your order goes into production as soon as it is received.

REFUND POLICY:

All payments are final and no refunds will be processed.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY:

 Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
